Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью ознакомления специалистов с психофизиологическими подходами с использованием полиграфа к диагностике парафильных расстройств, оценке общественной опасности и мониторингу правонарушителей, совершивших преступления против половой неприкосновенности, кратко освещаются исторические аспекты применения полиграфических проверок в криминалистической и сексологической практике, подробно описываются технологии, используемые в США, Великобритании и России. Обосновывается необходимость применения полиграфа в рамках лечения сексуальных преступников и их супервизии после освобождения. Излагаются те проблемы, в том числе законодательные, с которыми сталкиваются специалисты-полиграфологи.
