Применение метода транскраниальной магнитной стимуляции для терапии когнитивных дисфункций при биполярной депрессии

Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью изучения изменения когнитивных функций у пациентов с депрессивным эпизодом в рамках биполярного аффективного расстройства (так называемой биполярной депрессии) в ответ на применение метода транскраниальной магнитной стимуляции и оценки его терапевтической возможности проведен анализ литературных данных. Систематический поиск статей проводился в базах Scopus и PubMed за период до 30 марта 2022 г. Метод PRISMA использовался для выявления всех научных публикаций, описывающих использование транскраниальной магнитной стимуляции в терапии биполярной депрессии и влияние метода на когнитивные функции пациентов. Изученные работы продемонстрировали неоднозначные результаты. Отдельные данные свидетельствуют о положительном влиянии транскраниальной магнитной стимуляции на когнитивные функции при биполярной депрессии. Незначительный размер выборки, неоднородность дизайна исследований, отсутствие групп контроля в ряде работ, вариации параметров стимуляции и оценки исходов представляют собой существенные ограничения для сопоставления и анализа полученных результатов. Вместе с тем имеющиеся данные позволяют сделать выводы о принципиальной безопасности и потенциальной эффективности метода.
