Экспертные подходы в отношении больных наркоманией в свете изменений в законодательстве

В соответствии с последними законодательными новеллами и связанным с этим ростом объемов производства судебно-психиатрических экспертиз в отношении больных наркоманией рассматриваются вопросы по оптимизации деятельности экспертных комиссий в рамках возможностей, предоставляемых современным законодательством. Результаты показали их уязвимость и необходимость их конкретизации для проведения экспертизы в уголовном процессе. Предложен определенный алгоритм подхода для решения вопросов в рамках статей, предусмотренных для альтернативного уголовному наказанию лечения и медицинской реабилитации.
