Аннотация

Статья посвящена динамике общественно опасных действий (ООД), совершенных больными с психическими расстройствами (ПР) в разные социальные периоды. Рассмотрены все случаи лиц с ПР, прошедших амбулаторную судебно-психиатрическую экспертизу в Чувашской Республике в 1998 и 2008 гг. Исследованы социальные и клинические характеристики лиц с ПР, способствовавшие совершению противоправных деяний. Особое внимание уделено клинической структуре ПР и характеру ООД.
