Аннотация

В целях развития методической базы оценки результативности научно-исследовательской деятельности научных работников в сплошном одномоментном поперечном исследовании изучены предикторы 5-летней публикационной активности в области психиатрии (целевой фактор анализа). Исследовательская совокупность (выборка), сформированная на основе критериев отбора, составила 85 ед. наблюдения. Получены новые данные о публикационной активности (производительности) в референтных группах научных работников, специализирующихся в области психиатрии. В результате многофакторного анализа влияний на целевой показатель установлена оптимальная модель прогноза, зависящая преимущественно от предиктора "должность". Полученные результаты развивают методическую базу оценки результативности научно-исследовательской деятельности и управления эффективностью труда научных работников.
