Коморбидная патология в судебно-психиатрической клинике

В научном обзоре с целью систематизации проанализированы результаты исследований расстройств личности, предрасполагающих к формированию зависимости от психоактивных веществ. Обобщены данные, полученные в ходе шкалирования пациентов с расстройствами личности и коморбидным синдромом зависимости от психоактивных веществ по показателям импульсивности, агрессивности, суицидальных намерений в зависимости от потребляемого психоактивного вещества. Выявленные нарушения самооценки и базисных убеждений, эмоций и мотивации сопоставлены с разработанными в настоящее время критериями применения норм ограниченной вменяемости.
