Аннотация

В статье анализируются современные подходы к экспертной оценке ограниченной вменяемости лиц с расстройствами личности. При научном обосновании критериев ограниченной вменяемости предлагается использовать психологическую теорию решений и теорию деятельности. Рассматриваются механизмы нарушения саморегуляции, ограничивающие свободу выбора при совершении лицами с расстройствами личности агрессивных действий.  Разбираются пути повышения доказательности экспертных заключений об ограниченной вменяемости лиц с расстройствами личности.
