Аннотация

В обзоре рассмотрены современные подходы к оценке риска совершения агрессивных и аутоагрессивных действий обвиняемых с расстройствами личности. Проведен анализ результатов исследований иностранных и отечественных авторов о роли психических расстройств в криминальном поведении. Анализируются стандартизированные опросники оценки риска криминального поведения и результаты их применения. Шкалы по оценке риска совершения криминальных действий предлагается рассматривать как вспомогательный инструмент повышения доказательности экспертных выводов.
