Аннотация

Представлен информационно-аналитический обзор, целью которого является ознакомление с  современными (клиническими, психофизиологическими, нейрофизиологическими, психологическими) подходами к диагностике расстройств сексуального предпочтения в мировой практике. Сделан акцент на опыт США, Канады, Великобритании и Чешской Республики. Способы оценки, используемые специалистами отмеченных стран, сопоставляются с организацией дифференциальной диагностики расстройств сексуального предпочтения в Российской Федерации. Статья приурочена к Международной встрече, посвященной способам оценки и лечения лиц с сексуальными отклонениями, состоявшейся в 2017 году в Чешской Республике и проходившей в рамках Меморандума, заключенного между ФГБУ «ФМИЦПН им. В.П. Сербского» и несколькими медицинскими и научно-исследовательскими центрами Канады.
