Аннотация

В научной статье с целью анализа влияния протективных параметров на определение потен-
циальной общественной опасности лиц с психическими расстройствами освещён современный взгляд на проблему оценки риска насилия. Продемонстрировано, что совместный учёт факторов риска и протективных факторов повышает надёжность прогноза. Представлены результаты нескольких обсервационных исследований, проведённых с применением оригинальной отечественной методики структурированной оценки риска опасного поведения. Показана прогностическая значимость инструмента, приведены значения количественных коэффициентов для протективных факторов, описаны их гендерная специфика и динамические изменения в процессе лечебно-реабилитационного воздействия.
