Динамика показателей социальных когниций и шкалы апатии у пациентов с расстройствами шизофренического спектра, прошедших метакогнитивный тренинг

Аннотация

В проспективном исследовании с целью оценки группы пациентов дневного стационара с параноидной шизофренией и шизоаффективным расстройством до и после проведения метакогнитивного тренинга использовали клинические шкалы PANSS, CDSS, AES-S, AES-C и методики Hinting Task и RAD-15. Полученные результаты демонстрируют улучшение показателей в доменах «внутренняя модель сознания другого» и «социальная перцепция». Выраженность апатии, оцениваемой клиницистом по шкале AES-C, уменьшилась, в то время как при оценке апатии пациентами по шкале AES-S изменений не зарегистрировано. Таким образом, метакогнитивный тренинг в рамках комплексной терапии положительно влияет на психическое состояние пациентов, приводит к улучшению социально-когнитивных функций и к снижению выраженности апатии.
