Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью всестороннего освещения и концептуализации психотической депрессии проведён систематический обзор литературы, описаны потенциальные биохимические, нейровизуализационные, генетические и патофизиологические биомаркёры психотической депрессии, а также психофармакологические и немедикаментозные подходы к её лечению. Выполнен сравнительный анализ психотической и непсихотической депрессии, депрессии в структуре шизофрении, биполярной депрессии. Рассмотрено место психотической депрессии в действующих классификациях психических расстройств – МКБ-10 и DSM-5, а также в свете перехода на МКБ-11. Делается вывод о том, что, несмотря на ряд серьёзных оснований, позволяющих рассматривать психотическую депрессию как отдельное заболевание, вопрос остаётся открытым.
