Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью структурирования достижений молекулярной медицины в области суицидологии и определения конкретных, прогностически наиболее ценных молекулярных маркеров (генетических, эпигенетических и биохимических детерминант) предрасположенности человека к совершению действий суицидального характера был проведён анализ литературных данных. В результате было определено, что в настоящее время по изучаемой теме существует 4 основных научных направления: серотонинергическая модель, модель эпигенетических изменений, модель липидного обмена и прочие модели; в данной работе собраны воедино достижения молекулярной суицидологии. Отдельно вынесена на обсуждение тема так называемой молекулярной коморбидности суицида и других патологий, имеющих с ним глубинные пересечения на уровне биохимии и эпигенетики, что следует учитывать при составлении программы терапии и консультации пациентов.
