Особенности сексуальной сферы пациентов с нарушениями половой идентичности при расстройствах шизофренического спектра и транссексуализме

В оригинальном кросс-секционном исследовании с целью выявления особенностей сексуальной сферы пациентов с нарушениями половой идентичности при расстройствах шизофренического спектра и транссексуализме было отобрано 100 участников. По результатам исследования получены данные о том, что у пациентов с шизофренией чаще выявляются нарушения психосексуального развития, они реже имеют романтические отношения и вступают в половые контакты по сравнению с пациентами с транссексуализмом. У обследуемых с шизофренией одинаково часто встречается би- и гомосексуальная направленность полового влечения, тогда как у пациентов с транссексуализмом преобладает гомосексуальная ориентация. У обследуемых с шизофренией и транссексуализмом отмечается низкий уровень удовлетворённости сексуальной жизнью.
