Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью систематизации современных представлений о значении когнитивных доменов в клинике алкогольной зависимости проведён анализ российских и зарубежных исследований за последние 15 лет по электронным информационным ресурсам (библиотека Elsevier, PubMed, NCBI, Google Scholar). Рассмотрено 5 когнитивных доменов: исполнительные функции, ингибиторный (сдерживающий) контроль, принятие решений, рабочая память, когнитивная гибкость/ригидность. Выявлена связь тех или иных когнитивных нарушений с течением и прогнозом алкогольной зависимости.
