Современные аспекты диагностики психических расстройств при эпилепсии

В научном обзоре с целью систематизации различных взглядов о психических расстройствах вследствие эпилепсии проведён анализ российских и зарубежных публикаций, посвящённых современным представлениям о значении аффективных (депрессивные, тревожные, дисфорические состояния), когнитивных (нарушения мышления, памяти, внимания), психотических (иктальные, постиктальные и интериктальные психозы) и личностных расстройств в клинике эпилепсии. Рассмотрены различные подходы к диагностике данных состояний, факторы риска их развития.
