Клинические и судебно-психиатрические аспекты смешанного расстройства личности

В статье приведены результаты клинического и экспериментально-психологического исследования пациентов со смешанным расстройством личности (F 61.0), которые обвинялись в правонарушениях против жизни и здоровья личности. Выделены три варианта смешанного расстройства личности: с преобладанием эксцентричности, с преобладанием театральности, с преобладанием тревоги. Обсуждаются вопросы формирования смешанного расстройства, рассмотрены критерии судебно-психиатрических оценок при решении вопросов ограниченной вменяемости, процессуальной дееспособности, агрессии, оценка опасности.
