В научном обзоре, чтобы оценить потенциальную общественную опасность сексуальных правонарушений и выделить основные элементы управления риском их повторного совершения, обобщены результаты крупномасштабных международных исследований. Лица, совершившие сексуальные правонарушения, как правило, попадают в поле зрения судебных экспертов-клиницистов по направлению суда и могут вызывать у врача определённые затруднения. Однако при организованном подходе к оценке сексуального правонарушения удается безопасно проводить работу с большинством этих лиц. В данной статье представлен подход к работе с пациентами, основанный на принципах доказательной медицины.
