Аннотация

В научном обзоре проведён анализ российских и зарубежных публикаций, посвящённых
конверсионным расстройствам при эпилепсии, с целью систематизации имеющихся сведений,
оценки распространённости и отображения современных подходов к дифференциальной
диагностике психогенных неэпилептических приступов как наиболее распространённого
варианта конверсии при эпилепсии. Эти подходы определяют новизну данной проблемы
и стратегию лечения указанных расстройств, улучшения качества жизни и социального
функционирования данной категории пациентов. Также в обзоре рассмотрены факторы
риска возникновения конверсионных приступов, современные диагностические критерии,
взаимосвязь конверсий с аффективными расстройствами, алекситимией. Было изучено более
300 источников, из которых в обзор включено 48 публикаций.
