Суицидальное поведение при пограничном расстройстве личности: современное состояние проблемы

Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью обобщения современных данных о суицидальном поведении лиц, страдающих пограничным расстройством личности, проведён анализ российских и зарубежных публикаций на рассматриваемую тему. Установлено, что, по сведениям западных исследователей, от завершённых суицидов погибает 4–10% лиц, страдающих указанным расстройством, суицидальные попытки совершают около 75% из них. К наиболее общепризнанным факторам суицидального риска для пограничного расстройства личности относятся: коморбидные депрессивные расстройства; расстройства, связанные с употреблением психоактивных веществ; выраженная импульсивность в поведении; предшествующие суицидальные попытки в анамнезе; перенесённое в детстве физическое и сексуальное насилие. Обращается внимание на недостаточную изученность рассматриваемой проблемы в России.
