Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью оценки проблемы диагностики и скрининга тревожных и депрессивных расстройств среди пациентов с эпилепсией выполнен поиск наиболее распространённых и надёжных диагностических инструментов. Представлены наиболее часто используемые психометрические шкалы с описанием их особенностей в отношении диагностики депрессии и тревожных расстройств в популяции пациентов с эпилепсией. Рассмотрены тенденции в разработке специфичных для данной популяции пациентов опросников, а также даны рекомендации по их применению в российской популяции пациентов с эпилепсией.
