Электроэнцефалографический профиль депрессий с атипичными чертами при рекуррентном депрессивном и биполярном аффективном II типа расстройствах

Аннотация

В одномоментном исследовании для определения ЭЭГ-профиля покоя атипичной депрессии выделен паттерн, отличающий пациентов с атипичной депрессией (AD) от здоровых пациентов (N) и пациентов с депрессиями без атипичных черт (TD) при рекуррентном депрессивном (RD) и биполярном II типа (BD) расстройствах. Профиль AD включал показатели межполушарной мнимой бета-2-когерентности (β-2-ICoh): 1) между лобными (F3–F4) и 2) между левым лобным и правым центральным (F3–С4) отведениями. В смешанных диагностических группах оба параметра: AD>TD>N. При BD: AD=TD, AD>N. При RD: AD>TD, AD>N. β-2-ICoh (F3–F4) коррелировала с суицидальным мышлением (C-SSRS, HDRS, пункт 3) числом аутоагрессивных поступков, была выше у лиц с пограничным расстройством. β-2-ICoh (F3–С4) обратно коррелировала с ангедонией (SHAPS), была выше у лиц с нарушениями раннего развития (D II), наследственной отягощённостью по расстройствам личности.
