Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью систематизации современных представлений о значении нейрокогнитивных доменов в клинике эпилепсии проведён анализ российских и зарубежных публикаций за последние 10 лет по электронным информационным ресурсам (библиотека Elsevier, PubMed, Google Scholar). Рассмотрены 6 выделяемых доменов: внимание, перцептивно-моторная функция, речевая функция, обучение и память, социальное познание, исполнительная функция. Прослежена связь тех или иных нейрокогнитивных нарушений с локализацией и латерализацией очага поражения при эпилептическом процессе.
