Аннотация

В научном обзоре представлен анализ актуальных научных исследований, посвященных изучению психологических особенностей юмора лиц с суицидальным риском, а также специфики юмора суицидальной тематики. Суицидальная идеация сопровождается определенными изменениями чувства юмора: повышается интерес к юмору суицидально-депрессивной тематики, снижается доля аффилиативного и самоподдерживающего юмора. Анализируется роль юмора суицидальной тематики в процессе коммуникации лиц с суицидальным риском, дискутируются возможности его негативного или благотворного влияния на депрессивную симптоматику. Описываются существующие практики применения смеха и юмора в психосоциальной терапии психических расстройств, в частности канадская программа «Стендап для психического здоровья» и японская Морита-терапия.
