Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью прояснения значения внутренней речи в аномальном субъективном опыте рассматривается ее развитие как особой психической функции, ее роль в психопатологическом синдромообразовании и взаимосвязь с другими когнитивными процессами. Показаны механизмы трансформации внешних, диалогических, развернутых форм речевого взаимодействия во внутреннюю, монологическую, свернутую внутреннюю речь как основы формирования абстрактного мышления, то есть переход от образа объекта к его значению. Раскрывается роль внутренней речи в психопатологическом синдромообразовании как при распаде психической деятельности, так и при нарушениях ее развития. Прослежена взаимосвязь внутренней речи с такими психическими функциями, как внимание, язык и внешняя речь, память, сознание и самосознание. Рассматривается, как внутренняя речь определяет развитие личности и содействует социальной адаптации.
