Аннотация

В научной статье с целью рассмотрения психических расстройств, получающих широкое распространение в период социально-экономических и политических кризисов, проведен обзор российской и зарубежной литературы по данной теме. Представлены наиболее характерные массовые психические последствия «социального стресса», развивающиеся у комбатантов после их возвращения к мирной жизни, у беженцев в период адаптации в принимающей стране, а также у населения в период пандемии COVID-19, объединяемые в понятие социально-стрессовых расстройств. Выявлено, что низкая обращаемость за психолого-психиатрической помощью из-за склонности к обесцениванию имеющихся проблем, стигматизация психиатрии, недостаточность программ по реабилитации и реинтеграции создают значительные трудности в организации специализированной медицинской помощи, что отрицательно сказывается на психическом здоровье населения.
