Аннотация

В нарративном обзоре с целью определения задач, встающих перед клинической психологией в связи с ростом доступности индивидуальной генетической информации, проанализированы публикации о перспективах и практике применения полигенных показателей риска психических расстройств. Показано, что полигенные показатели риска психических расстройств имеют важное значение для фундаментальных и прикладных исследований в психиатрии и клинической психологии, но не могут быть использованы для индивидуального прогноза и диагностики. Доступность полногеномной информации диктует необходимость участия психологов в индивидуальном и общественном консультировании по возможностям и ограничениям применения полигенных показателей риска психических расстройств. Предложены направления работы клинического психолога, связанные с предоставлением данных об индивидуальных полигенных показателях риска психических расстройств клиентам и организациям.
