Посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство и суицидальное поведение: общность факторов этиологии и патогенеза

В нарративном обзоре с целью выявления общих факторов этиологии и патогенеза посттравматического стрессового расстройства и суицидального поведения проведено последовательное сравнение средовых факторов риска, генетических механизмов, изменений в обмене нейротрансмиттеров и их функционирования, особенностей функционирования гипоталамо-гипофизарно-надпочечниковой оси, реакций вегетативной нервной системы и психосоматических проявлений, изменений в системе иммунитета, в обмене липидов, особенностей микро- и макро- анатомических структур мозга и сочетанных с ними нарушений работы памяти и других нарушений когнитивного функционирования. Обзор проводился на основе публикаций, представленных в базах данных PubMed, eLIBRARY.RU, ReserachGate. По результатам проведенного обзора сделан вывод о том, что посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство и суицидальное поведение имеют не только общие средовые факторы риска, но и общие аспекты патогенеза, связанные с генетическими нарушениями, изменениями в метаболизме нейромедиаторов, а также приводят к схожим отклонениям в когнитивном функционировании.
