Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью определения наиболее доказательных психотерапевтических методов лечения посттравматического стрессового расстройства проведен систематический обзор современных метаанализов. В систематический обзор был включен 21 метаанализ. По результатам проведенного обзора сделан вывод об эффективности психотерапии в лечении посттравматического стрессового расстройства в отношении краткосрочных и долгосрочных результатов, а также в улучшении показателей социального функционирования. Описана эффективность травма-фокусированной когнитивно-поведенческой психотерапии и различных видов экспозиционной терапии. Рассматривается эффективность десенсибилизации и переработки движением глаз и других психотерапевтических методов лечения.
