Аннотация

В научном обзоре с целью систематизации рассмотрены виды тренингов и комплексные программы, которые представлены в соответствии с психологическими и социальными потребностями лиц с посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством. Акцент сделан на практических подходах, включая тренинги по развитию эмоциональной регуляции, социальной адаптации, профессиональной реинтеграции и навыков межличностного взаимодействия, а также программы, направленные на управление стрессом и улучшение когнитивных функций. Проанализированы существующие исследования и клинические практики, которые демонстрируют эффективность тренингов в реабилитации.
