Клинико-социальные последствия профессионального стресса

В научной обзоре с целью изучения проблемы профессионального стресса, представлены данные о его распространенности в России и за рубежом. Отмечены психосоциальные риски, которые являются факторами, способствующими развитию стресса на рабочем месте. Представлены данные о влиянии профессионального стресса на психическое и физическое здоровье человека. Описаны результаты зарубежных исследований о последствиях профессионального выгорания как результата длительного воздействия стресса на рабочем месте. Представлено краткое описание профилактических мер по работе с профессиональным стрессом.
