Междисциплинарные исследования расстройств тревожно-депрессивного спектра у больных системной красной волчанкой

В научном обзоре с целью изучения общих патогенетических, клинико-динамических, прогностических и терапевтических аспектов в области психиатрии и ревматологии определено негативное влияние психических расстройств, прежде всего депрессии, на провокацию, клинические проявления, прогноз и терапию системной красной волчанки, а также несомненное провоцирующее и хронизирующее влияние тяжёлой иммуновоспалительной патологии на тревожные и депрессивные расстройства. В этой связи у пациентов, страдающих системной красной волчанкой и психическими расстройствами, отмечается более низкое качество и продолжительность жизни, чем у пациентов, не имеющих психической патологии.
