Актуальные вопросы амбулаторного принудительного лечения больных пожилого возраста с тяжелыми психическими расстройствами, совершивших общественно опасные деяния

В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы вторичной профилактики общественной опасности у лиц старших возрастных групп с тяжелыми психическими расстройствами. Показано, что комплексное психолого-психиатрическое обследование пожилых пациентов с шизофренией и органическим расстройством личности позволяет выделить основные дифференциальные критерии ведущих психопатологических нарушений в виде клиникодинамических и патопсихологических характеристик. Представлены дифференцированные схемы лечения больных пожилого возраста с депрессивно-бредовыми расстройствами и психоорганическими нарушениями на этапах амбулаторного принудительного наблюдения и лечения у психиатра.
