О связи стигмы психической болезни и суицидального поведения

В статье представлен обзор теоретических подходов и исследований стигматизации, самостигматизации больных с психическими расстройствами и, в частности, пациентов с суицидальными установками. Приводятся данные о связи стигмы психической болезни и суицидального поведения. Особое внимание уделяется отношению врачей и медперсонала к пациентам после попытки самоубийства, а также поднимается вопрос о суицидальных тенденциях самих медиков и их стигматизации в структуре медицинских организаций. Выделяются основные мишени и направления работы по снижению стигмы среди пациентов, у самих медиков и в обществе.
