Органическое расстройство личности у женщин (клинические, судебно-психиатрические, биологические и социальные аспекты)

В научном обзоре с целью обобщения информации об органическом расстройстве личности у женщин в судебно-психиатрической практике проанализированы данные отечественных и зарубежных исследований, касающиеся изучения органического расстройства личности, а также влияния пола на его клиническую специфику, динамику и прогноз заболевания. Представлены сведения о влиянии социальных факторов на формирование органического расстройства личности и его роли в появлении противоправной активности у женщин. Помимо этого, приводятся данные о значимости для данной категории лиц сопутствующей соматической, неврологической, эндокринной патологии, токсического фактора, в том числе с учётом их специфики у женщин. Для написания научного обзора было проанализировано 327 источников, из них 60 были включены в работу.
