Детский психиатрический стационар во время пандемии COVID-19. Организационные, клинические аспекты и противоэпидемические мероприятия: первые итоги

В эмпирическом исследовании с целью изучения влияния пандемии COVID-19 на работу детского психиатрического стационара на примере ГБУЗ «Научно-практический центр психического здоровья детей и подростков им. Г.Е. Сухаревой Департамента здравоохранения г. Москвы» проанализированы основные клинико-эпидемиологические особенности работы в период пандемии COVID-19. Особое внимание уделено организации и работе временного клинического обсервационного отделения для оказания психиатрической помощи детям, страдающим психическими расстройствами, с предположительным или подтверждённым диагнозом «COVID-19». Проведено сравнительное исследование и выявлены особенности структуры госпитализации в детский психиатрический стационар в разгар эпидемии (апрель-май 2020 г.) и в тот же период предыдущего года.
