Клиническая оценка проблемного поведения детей дошкольного возраста с расстройствами аутистического спектра

В оригинальном исследовании с целью выявления связи проблемного поведения и сопутствующей (соматической, неврологической и психической) патологии изучались клинические особенности 83 детей дошкольного возраста с расстройствами аутистического спектра. В результате была выявлена значимая связь между нежелательным поведением (возбудимостью, негативизмом, гиперактивностью, физической агрессией и раздражительностью) и сопутствующей соматической патологией, прежде всего эндокринной, кожной и дыхательной. Вместе с тем выявленные трудности установления корреляций проблемного поведения с неврологической и психической патологией были сопряжены с имеющимися речевыми и интеллектуальными нарушениями. В дальнейшем планируется продолжение исследования, в том числе с увеличением объёма эмпирического материала, в целях разработки терапевтической тактики коррекции нежелательного поведения у детей дошкольного возраста с расстройствами аутистического спектра.
