Личностные характеристики мужчин призывного возраста с несуицидальными самоповреждениями (кросс-секционное исследование)

В одновыборочном кросс-секционном исследовании с целью выявления связи несуицидального самоповреждающего поведения с личностными характеристиками и уровнем самоуважения у мужчин призывного возраста неклинической популяции обследовано 507 мужчин призывного возраста (18–27 лет). Обнаружена высокая распространённость несуицидального самоповреждающего поведения – 33,9% обследованных молодых людей призывного возраста хотя бы раз в жизни совершали акт самоповреждающего поведения. Выявлено, что мужчины призывного возраста с историей самоповреждения чаще отличались интроверсией, отсутствием самоконтроля, эмоциональной неустойчивостью, ригидностью, низкой самооценкой и низким самоуважением. Сделан вывод, что шкалы самоповреждений, личностных характеристик и самоуважения (самооценки) целесообразно использовать в качестве дополнения к стандартным скрининговым методикам обследования лиц призывного возраста при проведении психиатрического освидетельствования.
