Dear colleagues!

We offer you a new issue of the Russian Journal of Psychiatry (2025, No 4). The issue contains reports on various aspects of forensic and biological psychiatry, clinical features of mental illness, and psychological research in psychiatry. The possibility of using oculomotor activity parameters to assess cognitive difficulties in the perception of multimodal messages by adolescents with intellectual disabilities is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the treatment of mentally ill patients: the effectiveness of integrative group psychotherapy in somatoform disorders is discussed; the features of the clinic of late depression in patients with different therapeutic responses to transcranial magnetic stimulation are clarified. Of particular interest to readers may be an article on the results of a review of the neurocognitive status of people with post-traumatic stress disorder and the specifics of structural changes in the brain as a result of traumatic stress.
