Abstract

This article summarizes the content of the extensive document, the “Mental Health Atlas 2020”, prepared by the World Health Organization in 2021. The document collects and summarizes relevant information about mental health resources across all countries. The following key headings of the document are presented: information systems and research for mental health; mental health system governance; financial and human resources for mental health; mental health service availability and uptake; mental health promotion and prevention.
