Abstract

In a pilot one-stage study to study the prevalence of anxiety-affective spectrum disorders and their impact on quality of life and adaptability in patients with diagnosed diseases of Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and a group of other diseases including gastric lymphoma and T- and B-cell lymphoma, 95 patients (52 women and 43 men). According to a number of domestic and foreign studies, the prevalence of anxiety and/or depression among patients with cancer is high, which affects a decrease in the quality of life. At the same time, the results of the study showed that patients with lymphoproliferative diseases are characterized by a slight decrease in their quality of life, a high level of life satisfaction, and good stress resistance to workloads. The obtained data make it possible to emphasize the heterogeneity of the prevalence and severity of anxiety-affective symptoms in patients with various types of oncological diseases.
