Частота несуицидальных самоповреждений среди госпитализированных девушек-подростков: проспективное когортное исследование.

В проспективном сплошном когортном исследовании, проведен анализ частоты несуицидальных самоповреждений среди госпитализированных в психиатрический стационар девушек-подростков. В период за два года (с 01.09.22 по 01.09.24), был выполнен сбор и анализ медицинских карт всех несовершеннолетних пациентов, из которых целевой группой исследования стали пациенты женского пола в возрасте 12–17 лет, поступившие в стационар ГБУЗ «Специализированная психоневрологическая больница» Краснодарского края. Целью исследования было установить частоту несуицидальных самоповреждений среди всех госпитализированных девушек-подростков. Дополнительно изучены и представляются в данной работе эпидемиологические данные региона, динамика госпитализации несовершеннолетних в учреждение и распространенность сопутствующих психопатологических характеристик, как целевой группы, так и всех госпитализированных детей. Проведен сравнительный анализ данных за два года наблюдения, что позволило оценить клинические и социальные особенности психических расстройств среди госпитализированных пациентов. Полученные результаты указывают на высокую распространенность самоповреждающего поведения среди целевой группы стационарных пациентов, которая превысила 25%. Данные исследования подчеркивают необходимость дальнейшего изучения и профилактики самоповреждающего поведения, а также учета специфических эпидемиологических факторов региона при оказании психиатрической помощи подросткам.
