This article, devoted to the problems of anxiety and anxiety disorders, sets new tasks that were previously insufficiently studied in the scientific literature: describing additional symptoms-markers of anxiety, identifying the components of the "symptom of anxiety anosognosia", differentiating anxiety in the structure of neurotic and neurosis-like disorders, designated as "neurotic and neurosis-like anxiety." In order to study the clinical and psychopathological features of anxiety symptoms based on the results of examination of 142 patients, behavioral, pantomimic, and gestural markers of anxiety were divided into two groups. Hyperkinetic manifestations of anxiety included the phenomena of "anxious-oral" eating, drinking and smoking behavior, the phenomenon of "anxious chatterbox" (previously described as the phenomenon of "hysterical chatterbox"), the phenomenon of "anxious legs". The phenomena of "anxious fading", "weak legs" and other visual clinical markers were attributed to hypokinetic manifestations of anxiety. A structural analysis of the "symptom of anxiety anosognosia" revealed noncompliant, stigmatizing, superficialist, cognitive, perceptual, and supportive components. The differentiation of neurotic and neurosis-like anxiety, carried out in the form of criteria allocation, is an additional material in clinical and theoretical-didactic practice.
