Training programs in the practice of treating post-traumatic stress disorder

For the purpose of a scientific review, the types of trainings and comprehensive programs that are presented in accordance with the psychological and social needs of individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder are considered. The emphasis is on practical approaches, including trainings to develop emotional regulation, social adaptation, professional reintegration and interpersonal skills, as well as programs aimed at stress management and improving cognitive functions. Existing studies and clinical practices that demonstrate the effectiveness of trainings in rehabilitation are analyzed.
