Fostering a healthy lifestyle among youth in the course of social preventive work by specialists of the state-financed health institution «Narcological Dispensary» under the Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Territory

Abstract

In the article problems of preservation and health development among minors are considered. The regional model of complex anti-drug strategy which was released during experts scheduled maintenance of state-financed health institution «Narcological dispensary» Krasnodar Territory Ministry of Health is presented. The educational institutions monitoring system was analyzed, and also models of antialcoholic/anti-narcotic education are in more detail considered: educational, medical and psychosocial. For today Experts of state-financed health institution «Narcological dispensary» Krasnodar Territory Ministry of Health developed and carried out complex anonymous social-psychological questionnaire at schools with selective research of biological environments for the presence of psychoactive agents. That allows to specify an epidemiological situation of prevalence of narcological diseases among teenagers. Identified object (external, environmental, social) and subject (natural for examined persons) factors conduce to consumption of psychoactive substance and formation of addiction, allowed to mark the risk group and to strengthen anti-drug strategy in this category of students.
