Abstract

This paper examines psychological and psychiatric profile of persons charged with ethnic hate crimes. Data are also presented on stalker crimes and multiple homicides as well as motivated aggression. As is evident from the practice of forensic psychiatric expert examination the accused are most commonly diagnosed with an evolving personality disorder, delusional disorder and schizophrenia.
