Complex forensic psychiatric examination of cases concerning restriction of legal capacity due to mental disorder: challenges and prospects

The paper describes the psychological – psychiatric expertological analysis being conducted of civil law regulations as regards legal incapacity due to
mental disorder. The psychological criterion thereof is formulated. Suggested are clinical and pathopsychological criteria for the establishment of disability due to mental disorder.
