Completion of the methadoneassisted treatment for opioid addiction in the Crimean Federal district: outcomes of the first one and a half years

Presented is a historical overview of the methadoneassisted treatment for opioid addiction in Crimea and Sevastopol, medical and social sequelae of its 9 yearlong functioning, measures on its completion, forms of medical care delivery to patients through methadone maintenance treatment programs and treatment outcomes.
