Order #203n, issued by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on May 10th 2017 introduces the criteria for the assessment of the quality of medical care. The criteria are differentiated in accordance with the groups of disorders (conditions) and the circumstances under which care is to be provided (outpatient, daytime care facility, inpatient).
