In pursuit of the objective of researching the consequences of incest, this populational cross-sectional study analyzed the data for 251 underaged victims in above-said criminal cases. This report provides substantiation for the need for early identification of the victims of violence, including incest, in order to provide timely and sufficient medical rehabilitation, and preserve the mental health of the future generation. We describe the types of multi-level stress in socially and psychologically vulnerable children. We identify the pre-nosological and the clinically delineated mental disorders within the ICD-10 framework. We submit the principles and the ways of carrying out the medical rehabilitation. We emphasize the importance of interdepartmental interaction at all stages of medical rehabilitation, also submitting the evaluation of their effectiveness.
